HMP Method

At HMP Performance Center you will not find a classic gym full of machines aimed at training a specific body area, but rather a "TRAINING ZONE", fully adjustable according to the period of preparation and the purpose of the individual session.

Places the athlete and the person as the central focus, around which to build the most suitable work plan that must take into account not only the discipline or work activity, but also the peculiar and distinctive aspects of the subject, from a psychological and character point of view.

TRAINING CONCEPT

In fitness centers, basic motor patterns, posture and aspects related to perception, knowledge and management that the subject has of his body and of the precious information coming from it are often neglected.

The program contains physical training, speed of execution and vision, understanding of strategy, simulator exercise.

Drivers Evaluation & Training

Our experience and methodology allows us to frame in a few days a driver, to understand the strong points and those that can be improved, and to prepare a personalized psycho-physical training program.

One thing that sets us apart is that the first meeting, like all the following ones, can be customized according to requests. In fact, we don't want to offer standardized packages, the same for all drivers, forcing them to do things for which they are not motivated. Thanks to the customization of the meetings, each driver can choose how to integrate his training days with us. Therefore, we provide various optional services, to be added to the athletic and psycho-physical part that is always included.
